Terms & Conditions

By using the Kashidha Designs website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

  • Kashidha Designs is based in India.
  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products

  • All products are custom-embroidered items. Minor variations in colour and finish may occur between production batches.
  • Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
  • We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions. In case of an error, we will promptly correct it.

Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment.
  • We accept online payments only — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets through Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
  • We reserve the right to enable, disable, or modify the availability of any payment method, including COD, at any time without prior notice.
  • All online payment transactions are processed through Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store your card or banking credentials.

  • Responses from the assistant are generated automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate. Please verify important details such as pricing and availability on the product pages.
  • All conversations with the assistant are stored and may be reviewed by our team to improve the service. By using the chat, you consent to this storage.
  • Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, card numbers, ID documents) in the chat. Kashidha Designs is not responsible for any information you voluntarily share in chat conversations.

  • All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Kashidha Designs.
  • Reproduction or distribution of any content without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Kashidha Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value of the product in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.
