Account Deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your account at any time from your account settings on the website. When you request deletion:

Your account is disabled immediately and you are signed out of all devices (web sessions and mobile app).
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to cancel the deletion request.
After a 30-day grace period, the following personal data is permanently removed: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, saved addresses, wishlist, shopping cart, AI chat history, notifications, support tickets, product alerts, login provider links, and newsletter subscription.
Order, invoice, and payment records are retained as required under Indian tax and accounting laws (including GST). The link between these records and your active account is removed, but customer details captured at the time of purchase (such as billing name, shipping address, and GSTIN, if provided) are preserved on those past invoices for legal and audit compliance and cannot be deleted.
You can cancel the deletion at any time during the grace period using the link in your confirmation email. Your account will be fully reactivated.
Once the grace period expires and deletion is complete, the action cannot be reversed. You may create a new account if you wish to use our services again.
