We ship across India only. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout based on your pincode.
Every piece is made to order. Production takes about 5 working days, after which your order is dispatched. Delivery times below are in addition to production time.

Shipping Charges
- We offer free or flat-rate shipping on most orders within India. Applicable charges, if any, are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Exact shipping charges (including any free-shipping benefit) are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds may change from time to time. The amount displayed at checkout at the time of placing your order is final.
Payments
We accept secure online payments only — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets, processed via Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery: every piece is custom-made for you, and prepaid orders let us commit materials and machine time to your design the moment you order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from the My Orders page.
