We ship across India only. Serviceability is confirmed at checkout based on your pincode.
Every piece is made to order. Production takes about 5 working days, after which your order is dispatched. Delivery times below are in addition to production time.

Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on every order, anywhere in India. Delivery is included in the product price, so there is nothing extra to pay.
- No shipping charge is added at checkout — the total you see is the total you pay, whatever your pincode or order size.
- This applies to every product and every delivery location we serve, including remote and North-East pincodes.
Payments
We accept secure online payments only — UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets, processed via Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery: every piece is custom-made for you, and prepaid orders let us commit materials and machine time to your design the moment you order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order from the My Orders page.
