Each piece is custom-made, with about 5 working days of production plus courier transit time. The exact delivery estimate for your PIN code is shown at checkout.

You can cancel your order any time before we begin production — while it is still Pending or Confirmed. Once we start production (your design is hooped and stitching has begun), the order can no longer be cancelled, as the materials are already committed; in that case a return is only possible if the finished piece is defective.

Secure online payment — UPI, debit/credit cards, net-banking and wallets — via Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Yes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.

Yes — every order includes a GST-compliant invoice (GSTIN 08MHWPS3216D1ZR).

Since every item is custom-made to your design, returns or replacements are accepted only for a manufacturing defect or a wrong item — not for a change of mind. Where a return is eligible, the return window is shown on that product’s page.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel weight. Lighter orders often ship free, where the rate falls within our shipping allowance.
