Most unit orders are 20 to 100 pieces of one design: a course crest, an adventure-node emblem, a battalion sports team, a reunion. Send the artwork or a photo of the existing patch and we digitise it for thread, simplifying fine detail so it stitches clean. Round crests are usually 3.5 inch; 3 inch suits the chest and sleeve, 4 inch the shoulder and bags.

You get a stitched proof photographed against a ruler before the run. Approve it, pay 50 percent, and the run is made and couriered with a GST invoice, delivery date shown at checkout.

Official formation signs, regimental crests and rank are made only against a unit indent, an official letter or a valid service ID, and the copy stays on file with the invoice.
