About the Role
Kashidha Designs creates premium custom embroidery — logos, patches, embroidered apparel, caps and monograms — for individuals and businesses. As our Sales & Business Development Executive, you'll grow revenue across both online and offline channels: converting website, WhatsApp and social enquiries into orders, and proactively reaching out to companies, clubs, schools and teams for corporate and bulk branding.
This is a full-time, target-driven role based in Alwar with local field visits. You'll own the sales pipeline end-to-end — from first contact and quotation to closing and repeat business — working closely with the production team to deliver on every order. We offer a fixed salary plus attractive performance incentives.
Responsibilities
- Sell custom embroidery products across online and offline channels
- Approach companies, clubs, schools, teams and institutions for corporate and bulk orders
- Build and manage a B2B lead pipeline and follow up to conversion
- Understand client needs and recommend the right solution (logos, patches, apparel, caps, monograms)
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and coordinate orders with the production team
- Handle enquiries on website, WhatsApp and social and convert them to sales
- Represent the brand at local markets, exhibitions and client meetings
- Maintain customer records and report weekly on leads, orders and revenue
- Build repeat business and long-term corporate relationships
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Target-driven, self-motivated and confident attitude
- Comfortable with both online selling (calls, WhatsApp, social) and offline / field sales
- Able to pitch to companies and institutions for bulk orders
- Good negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Organized in managing leads, quotations and follow-ups
- Comfortable with two-wheeler travel for local client visits
- 12th pass or graduate; sales experience a plus, motivated freshers welcome
- Basic interest in embroidery and apparel products (training provided)
