We value creativity, consistency, and a passion for design, offering a setting where emerging talent can learn and grow. This is a full-time, on-site Embroidery Digitizer Trainee role based in Alwar. The trainee will assist in converting artwork and concepts into embroidery-ready digital files using Wilcom and CorelDRAW under the guidance of senior digitizers, while learning best practices in embroidery digitizing and design file management.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and clean artwork for digitizing
  • Create basic stitch paths and assign stitch types and densities
  • Organize design files according to project requirements
  • Coordinate with production staff so designs run correctly on embroidery machines
  • Make adjustments based on test samples
  • Help maintain design libraries and follow quality standards

What We Are Looking For

  • Foundational design skills with interest in learning Wilcom, CorelDRAW, and other embroidery digitizing tools
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles such as shapes, colour, and layout, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow technical instructions, learn new software workflows, and adapt to feedback from senior team members
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple design files, versions, and project deadlines
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with designers, production staff, and supervisors
  • Willingness to learn about embroidery machine capabilities, fabric types, threads, and their impact on digitizing
  • Minimum qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; coursework in design or graphics is an advantage
  • Prior exposure to graphic or textile design is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
